Angela from Out and About was most helpful when we called in to see about getting mobility scooters for both my wife and myself. She gave us good advice about scooters which would suit us both and we had a ride on two scooters plus advice on the safe ways to approach obstacles and pavements. I have just had a wonderful experience with Nicole who helped me with my purchase of an S26 Verve Scooter. Moving from a car to a scooter is not an easy transition but in my situation of having MS I have no choice, and the transition has been made so much easier with the help of Nicole, who was polite, cheerful, helpful, and patient with me throughout the whole procedure. We bought a Zen mobility scooter in 2006 and apart from new batteries have had no problems whatsoever with it. This particular model disassembles to be able to be placed in the boot of a car which makes it ideal for driving to shopping centres etc. Would highly recommend this model.

Out and About Healthcare were so wonderful to work with. It was a bit of an overwhelming experience for us as we were purchasing our 4 year old son's first power chair and the kindness and professionalism of the staff really helped ease our worry. Our son loves his new found independence and I have never seen him smile so much!

Took the Mirage to shopping centre today and had fun in the shops, she is so easy to steer around the displays, and as for reversing wow fantastic, great day.
